have i had a the beginning of an OBE or somethin?
hi so couple weeks ago in my p.e. class we had yoga. and one of those days my teacher let us lay down on the ground while listening to a tape of some guy talking and it was really boring. but anyways during that time i actually did what the guy said and i started to stop feeling my body too much and i started having the sensation of my head rocking back and forth, or that i felt i was being pulled from my body or that i was getting faraway from somehwere. and it was like that for about a half hour until class ended. so i did my little research and came up with stuff like astral projection and OBE and i was wondering if i experienced the beginning stages of something like that.
