what surround sound setup should I get for my toshiba rd88dt dvd player?
Hi. What will be a good setup for the toshiba rd88dt dvd player.
Do I need to setup an amp or just get speakers

Well according to your needs, it will depend on what you want and your budget. Most DVD players are not set up for surround sound unless it is a newer possibly Blu-Ray player. You will need a Surround receiver and speakers.

Note: That there are also cheaper priced speaker sets in the last link.
I don't know the conversion for UK...But I'm sure you can find it or know it. I would search the links web sights with the understanding that you can get 5.1 speaker sets/receivers and up to 9.1 set-ups! Remember, it all depends upon your budget!
(The 5 speaker + Subwoofer is the 5.1.) Just remember to keep hitting the "Back" button!
