Hola, I installed this new HDMI cable ( High Definition Multimedia Interface) from my HDTV to a Motorola HD?
DVR RECIEVER everything were working fine, the audio that it was louder when I first installed to the DVR,but then I decided to make some audio setttings trought the DVR menu & the audio turn lower, so I try reinstalling the HDMI cable but the audio level still lower, so I set the audio in the DVR menu back to the way it was & the audio still low. P.S. I try over & over with not improvement AT ALL. any tips or website that & could get information about this issue?.

The first thing to try would be to reset the Motorola box by disconnecting the power cable and leaving it out for several seconds.
Second thing to try: make sure your DVR is set to TV Speakers under the menu options, that is if you box is with cable and not fios from Verizon, there menu is different.
Also keep in mind that when watching a digital TV station in HD that the sound is usually always Dolby Digital as well and is set lower because it is better quality than your standard stereo signal on every other channel.
