Is it ok to save multimedia or any file in the d: drive of my acer aspire 4520g? Or is it beter left unused, i'm running out of space to save in the c: drive...
And is it bad to use my laptop all day... It gets really hot?
What is your D: drive? Another hard drive partition? If so, of course it's ok.
And turn your laptop off when not in use. Too much heat will shorten the life of a laptop dramatically. If it is getting really hot, you may want to get a can of compressed air from Staples and blow out the fan slots. You could have a buildup of dust in there. Always a good thing to do anyway.
