Movie question about transformers?
I'm sure this question reflects my age. I liked the Dark Knight in Imax, and I liked the original Transformers movie. I liked the pacing, the special effects, and the characters. Good clean non-intellectual fun.

I didn't go see the new transformer movie because the reviews were unrelentingly terrible. But I see that it made a whopping $200 million in only 5 days (only TDK achieved that). Is the movie much better than the reviews? Or is this just incredible advance ticket sales and the benefit of the higher IMAX and 3-D ticket prices?
Well, the movie Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is now being called Transformers: The Worst-Reviewed $400 Million Hit. I just finished reading this article on Yahoo! so it's funny you should ask this question. I think that the movie is getting good rep for having such a bad critics score. On Yahoo! Movies it was rated a C- by the critics but by Yahoo! Users it was rated a B+! In my humble opinion, I thought that this movie was amazing and was definitely worth every penny! I would actually go and see it again but I want to see some other movies too. Well, I would go and see it if I were you because the critics were wrong on this one!
